Honeywell Senior Lead Product Operations Manager in Atlanta, Georgia

We're seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Lead Product Operations Manager to oversee the operational aspects of our diverse product portfolio. In this role, you will lead a team responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of our products, optimizing processes, and driving successful product launches. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership in operations management, exceptional strategic planning skills, and a passion for driving excellence in product operations.

Ideal Candidate Experience:

  • 5 years of experience in leading operations management, with a focus on product operations or related roles.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, analyze root causes, and implement solutions.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.

Knowledge of agile methodologies, product development processes, and quality management principles is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Portfolio Operations Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive operations strategy for our product portfolio, aligned with business objectives and market needs. Define the vision, goals, and priorities for portfolio operations and lead the execution of strategic initiatives.

  • Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch and post-launch support.

  • Ensure that products are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.

  • Cross-functional Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of operations professionals responsible for managing product initiatives. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support to drive product initiatives forward.

  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks that may impact the successful delivery of product initiatives. Develop contingency plans and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.

  • Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor key performance metrics related to portfolio operations, such as project timelines, resource utilization, and customer satisfaction. Analyze performance data to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.

  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation of product initiatives, including project plans, meeting notes, and status reports. Prepare regular updates and reports for stakeholders to communicate progress and identify any issues or risks.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum of 5 years of expertise in managing a portfolio of products, projects, and investments.

  • Proven track record in portfolio performance management and lifecycle management

  • Strong understanding of Master Data Management
