Inspire Brands Senior HR Business Partner in North Carolina

This is an exciting time to join Inspire Brands. Since our founding in 2018, we have grown rapidly, establishing an unparalleled portfolio of brands and achieving significant scale as the 2nd largest restaurant company in the United States. In support of this growth, we are continuing to evolve our human resources support model and today we are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to play a critical strategic role. This person will join our Brands and Corporate Functions HR team, which supports all Inspire brands and corporate functions including Commercial, Restaurant Growth, Supply Chain, Technology, Communications, Finance, Legal, and People.

This position sits within our Atlanta, GA based Global Support Center with an expectation to be onsite 80% of the time.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strategic Partnership : Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to corporate function leaders by developing a deep understanding of their business objectives and collaborating on development and implementation of talent strategies. Act as a primary thought partner to business leaders, providing human capital consultation and guidance in accordance with the Inspire Brands “People First” business strategy

  • Talent Development: lead implementation of talent development programs, succession planning strategies, and leadership development initiatives to nurture a high-performing, diverse, and inclusive workforce

  • Performance Management: Drive performance management processes, guiding leaders on goal-setting, performance evaluation, and coaching for continuous improvement

  • Organization Design: Partner with leaders to assess organizational structures, recommending and implementing changes that optimize effectiveness, efficiency, agility, and team member engagement

  • Change Management: lead change management initiatives, providing guidance and support to leaders in navigating organizational changes and ensuring smooth transitions

  • Team Member Experience: execute strategies and programs to enhance team member engagement, foster a positive work culture, and promote team member growth and retention

  • Employee Relations: Resolve complex employee relations matters with urgency and integrity, leveraging supporting stakeholders, e.g. legal, compliance, etc.

  • Data-Driven Insights: Utilize HR metrics and analytics to derive insights, track progress, and make data-informed decisions related to talent, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement

  • Culture: support business strategy and team building that secure Inspire Brands’ anchor as a best place to work for Mavericks, Allies, Visionaries, Achievers, and Good Citizens

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 4-year degree in human resources, business administration or a related field

  • 8 -10 years in progressive HR, Transformation, and/or Strategy roles; substantial HR Business Partner experience preferred

  • Strong strategic mindset with demonstrated ability to translate the business agenda into HR strategy and lead from ideation through execution

  • Experience partnering with and influencing senior leaders and delivering results through others without direct authority

  • Experience working with multiple clients/groups at a time in a highly matrixed, cross-functional environment

  • Experience implementing core processes and delivering continuous improvements over short- and long-term horizons

  • Intellectual curiosity to learn and understand the restaurant and franchising business and share best practices

  • Experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment with significant ongoing change

  • A strong background with generalist accountabilities, including change management, leadership development, and organization design

  • A track record of strong coaching, conflict management and influence up, down, and across the organization

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS OR ABILITIES:

  • Thorough, working knowledge of all HR functions and general best practices including labor-relative legislation

  • Proven innovation and diversity of thought in the achievement of Company human capital goals and objectives

  • Exceptional listening and communication skills (oral and written)

  • Impactful executive presence that builds trust with leaders while maintaining accessibility to team members at all levels

  • Must routinely demonstrate a high degree of integrity, compassion and confidentiality

  • Microsoft Office proficient
