Honeywell Connected Enterprises (HCE) is growing rapidly and is looking for a Senior Engineering Program Manager to join the HCE Program Management Office (PMO) team. We are seeking candidates to lead the Digital Services, AI and Software Accelerator project portfolios where you will be responsible for engaging across stakeholders to deliver the software solutions that will power and enable our next generation of AI/ML digital service solutions. You will report to the Director of PMO based out of Atlanta, GA.

Ideal candidates will have 7+ years of program management experience managing next generation software solution products. You will have the ability to work closely with cross functional leaders, establish influential internal / external partnerships at all levels.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • The Sr Engineering Program Management will report to the Director Program Management Leader and work closely with the LoB leaders / business to ensure large cross GBE dependent program are planned appropriately and executed within the committed launch timeline and budgeted cost in collaboration with the GBE leaders, partners and cross functional leaders.

  • Drive the Digital Services, AI and Software Accelerator services through the entire product lifecycle from business case to proof of concept, development, testing, and full product launch.

  • Work closely with Product Design function to ensure high quality customer experience and interfaces.

  • Work with Engineering, Support, Sales, and customers to troubleshoot and resolve escalated product issues.

  • Recommend and advocate for improvements to existing products with collaboration from internal and external stakeholders.

  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams including software development, product security, product management, and operations to ensure we are on time and within budget.

  • Your technical proficiency and leadership skills will be key to guiding teams in delivering high-quality software solutions that align with business strategies.

  • Collaborate with cross functional and Operations team on go-to-market strategy, successful development/testing, and smooth deployment of new products.

    YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Computer Science

  • PMP Certification

  • 7+ years of experience in program execution as a Wall to Wall project execution leader.

  • 3+ years of experience managing projects for AI/ML and advanced digital software solutions and verticals

  • 5+ years of experience in proactively managing project budgets

  • Experience leading global development teams

  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills with proven ability to work with business leaders at a strategic level

  • Expertise with Microsoft Office including Excel, Teams and SharePoint.

  • Lead change; build high performing global teams in a matrix environment and model high-performance standards

  • Broad multifunctional experience covering technology, marketing, sales, and innovation

  • Execution skills including persistent drive for results, utilizing sound program management, organizational, and problem-solving skills

  • Results driven with a positive can-do attitude

  • Strong and decisive; can make decisions in the face of ambiguity

  • Strong written and oral communication skills, particularly in cross-functional collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation

  • Significant experience in project and large-scale program management
