Robert Half Scrum Master in Atlanta, Georgia

Description We are on the lookout for a Scrum Master in the healthcare and social assistance industry, based in Atlanta, Georgia. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity, where you will be instrumental in the development of new and existing products. As a Scrum Master, you will need to leverage your certified scrum master skills and previous experience in the healthcare sector to drive agile scrum teams and ensure smooth project execution.

Responsibilities include:

• Guiding and coaching the Scrum team on how to use Agile practices and principles to deliver high-quality products and services to our customers.

• Ensuring clear communication and fostering a collaborative culture among team members.

• Facilitating productive agile meetings including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.

• Assisting the Product Owner in managing the product backlog to ensure that the team is working on highly-valuable deliverables.

• Serving as a barrier between the team and external interferences, allowing team members to focus on their work.

• Assisting the team in identifying and removing impediments and roadblocks.

• Ensuring that the team is continually improving through regular reflection and adaptation of the process.

• Encouraging a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

• Promoting SAFe Agile practices within the organization.

• Utilizing ScrumMaster Certification skills to enhance team performance. Requirements • Must have a certification as a Scrum Master

• Experience as a Scrum Master in the Healthcare, Hospitals, or Social Assistance industry is preferred

• SAFe Agilist certification is highly desirable

• Proficiency in Agile Scrum methodologies and principles is required

• Experience leading Scrum Teams in a complex, fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Ability to facilitate discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Must be able to work cooperatively with a diverse team

• Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
