Postion Overview

CRH is implementing SAP S/4 HANA Private Cloud and as part of the implementation, CRH is searching for a talented SAP S/4 Security and GRC Lead.

The SAP Security and GRC Lead is responsible for developing and maintaining a centralized process for role administration, designing roles for business and technical users, and working with internal and external audit resources to ensure compliance to security polices and controls sets.

Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions)

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Leads the application security design and GRC access control configuration during SAP Projects and enhancements. Builds roles for functional processes such as order to cash, procure to pay, record to report, as well as cross functional for reporting, IT, and testing purpose. Provisions user access on multiple production and non-production systems as required during projects and enhancements execution. Manages security activities for Success Factors modules used by CRH. Knowledgeable in SAP's Business Technology Platform (BTP) and any security related activities within the platform. Oversees project activities related to application security ensuring quality and on-time delivery. Work closely with SI on setting up GRC rules during implantation and maintain them after go Live Provides third level support for security incidents and service requests performed by SI/AMS vendors. Provisions approvals for security changes related to all functional modules, ensuring they meet organizational standards. Assists in performing security controls as per SOX ITGS requirements. Trains control owners on performing user access reviews. Provides evidence based on audit requirements during internal and external audits. Manages GRC Firefighter user IDs assignment, approval and review processes. Performs users counts, license type assignment and consolidation of data required for license audits. Monitors user counts and user types to ensure compliance with SAP licensing Follows IT standards, documentation, change management process as related to security support and development activities.

Qualifications

Education/Experience Work Experience: 10 working experience as SAP security specialist Education: Bachelor's/University Degree or equivalent experience Additional Education Preferred: SAP Security/GRC Training Other Training/Certifications: SAP Security/GRC Certification

Work Requirements Must be 18 years in age or older. Must pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check. Strict adherence to safety requirements and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook. Willingness to work independently within in a team environment and assist the team with other duties as required. Ability to travel as required based on business needs up to 25%.

Knowledge/Skill Requirements 10 years of SAP security experience including GRC access control, ECC/S4/Fiori and Success Factors exposure. Extensive hands-on experience on security design, role creation and maintenance and role to user assignment In-dept understanding and hands-on experience on security rules and controls implementation Knowledge of GRC access control configuration and automation Experience supporting internal and external ITGC audits Understanding of cross functional security Participated in at least two SAP full-cycle implementations and/or functional upgrade project Experience in managing customer expectations and building relationships Strong analytical and problem-solving sk lls Demonstrated ability to operate and adapt in an ever-changing environment to changing requirements and priorities Strong time management skills and the ability to multi-task Excellent verbal and written communication skills
