Objectives of this Role:
Represent our company’s products and services, starting with a comprehensive understanding and leading to consumer research toidentifyhow our solutions meetneeds
Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential salesoutlets
Manage andmaintaina pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives for nextsteps
Identifybest practices to refine the company’s lead generation playbook
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:
UtilizeSalesforce,outboundcalling, and email to generatenew salesopportunities
Identifyprospect's needs and suggestappropriate products/services
Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as salesopportunities
Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and salesexecutives
Report to sales manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results
Skills and Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree
1+ years of experience in sales or customer service
Strong communicationskills via phone and email
Strong positive attitude
Strong desireto learn and be part of buildinga great team
Preferred Qualifications:
ProficiencywithSalesforce, HubSpot,Sales Navigatoror other CRM software
Prior experience as a sales development rep witha track recordof achieving salesquotas
