Responsibilities: Acts as owner-representative to acquire rights-of-way, access rights, and easements in support of the development and construction of infrastructure projects in accordance with local, state, and/or federal requirements. Coordinate and assist in general right-of-way activities and prepare real estate packages Compile and calculate data for fee proposal development Contract administration and contract management, including subconsultant agreements and contractual project insurance requirements, invoicing, and expense tracking. Coordinate specialty reports, appraisals, and other documents needs to acquire rights-of-way, access rights, and easements. Explain construction plans and right-of-way plans to property owners. Document Control and Records Management. Project system set-up, maintenance, and close-out Project planning, including scheduling and budgeting. Provide project reporting to the PM and the project team Analyze and communicate project performance Facilitate the monthly billing process and serve as a liaison between Accounting and PM Database entries Business Development
Minimum Qualifications:
The successful candidate must be organized with excellent analytical skills, be detail and deadline-oriented, and be able to multi-task and prioritize. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, problem solvers, able to work individually and as part of a team under strict deadlines and have excellent people skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must. Candidate must be experienced with basic business accounting and project management functions. Must be proficient in Excel, Microsoft TEAMS, and experience using schedules developed with Critical Path Methodology (CPM).
Minimum of associate degree or bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Business Management, Real Estate, or similar. Minimum of 3 years' experience in lieu of education requirements. Preferred to have current real estate license. Preferred to have acquired rights-of-way in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).
