As a Revenue Management Business Analyst supporting the Americas Converting Division, you will be responsible for serving as a key player in the development and training of our new Configure Price Quote (CPQ) system. This includes learning the system which is on a SalesForce base and the Americas Converting estimating process to see the entire process. Once learning the full process, this individual will take the lead in documenting the processes and training new users of the system.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in aFinance orBusiness Analytics role. This position requires development, troubleshooting and analysis of test results. Further, this role will collect requirements from all stakeholders to be incorporated into the new system. This candidate will also possess excellent written and oral communication skills.

This position is a virtual position that can be located anywhere in the United States; the preference would be for someone to be located near a Graphic Packaging facility.

Position Scope:

Key processes include leading, facilitating and communicating training for all functionality within the CPQ Salesforce System, perform impact and gap analysis on new features being added to the system and work with stakeholders to solicit feedback and incorporate into the system for business use.

Primary Responsibilities are, but not limited to the following:

  • Write functional Specifications, design testing strategies, and define acceptance criteria.

  • Communicate changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements — verbally or through written documentation — to project managers, sponsors, and other stakeholders to understand issues and solutions.

  • Participate in the UAT of solutions to ensure features and functions have been enabled and optimized.

  • Develop analytics based on business need (e.g., dashboards, surveys, UI)

  • Support operational CPQ technology development and customer onboarding to the platform.

  • Overall understanding of technologies, processes and controls used in the product (Salesforce, Heroku).

  • Work with team to manage stakeholders, users and conduct requirement workshop; mapping processes and use cases, analyze the business case.

  • Develop and conduct peer reviews of the business requirements to ensure that requirement specifications are correctly interpreted.

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to drive execution, track goals, and resolve issues

  • Expertise in ability to breakdown and clearly define problems

  • Communication and influencing skills

  • Strong presentation skills

  • Work effectively with others and cross-functionally to deliver on a common goal

  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office Suite tools and QlikView (preferred).

  • ERP systems experience: SAP preferred.

  • Knowledge in Agile methodologies

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong time management skills

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and solutioning skills

  • Ability to work at a big picture level while having attention to detail

  • Strong active listening skills

  • Minimum 3-6 years of in a Business Analyst role

  • Bachelor’s degree required – preferred; advanced degree (plus)

Pay Range: $60,500.00 - $100,800.00
