Chick-fil-A Project Lead, Restaurant Cash Management in Atlanta, Georgia

Overview

This is a professional level role requiring a person who will lead and manage assignments that support Restaurant Cash Management functions, including systems, integrations, and associated processes. Individual will be responsible for providing direction, insights, and processes for system and platform scalability, and is expected to communicate both up and down in the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support projects and activities that enable scalable Restaurant Cash Management systems, integrations, and processes

  • Serving as product manager for Restaurant Cash Management systems and platforms

  • Provide system support and coordinate enhancements to reconciliation tool and AWS platform

  • Lead Restaurant Cash Management system support for International expansion

  • Lead and manage cross-functional projects related to Restaurant Cash Management systems and platforms

  • Plan and execute end user testing for new RCM systematic solutions

  • Execute on resolutions to system disruptions to ensure minimal impact to Operators, Staff, and customers

  • Lead Robotic Process Automation for Restaurant Cash Management

  • Own R12 Form update processes, partnering with Payroll Services team on system enhancement strategy and execution

  • Assist with external audit and compliance requests, as needed

  • Manage personal workload and resource capacity while developing methods to scale and meet the demands of our growing business

  • Propose and champion enhancements and change opportunities for current processes

  • Participate and contribute to team planning, budgeting

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must possess strong systems knowledge

  • Builds strong relationships with others and values the opinions and strengths of teammates

  • Ability to lead and manage multiple projects and responsibilities with limited supervision

  • Analytical and detail-oriented

  • Self-driven, exhibiting a personal drive for excellence, eagerness to learn

  • Knowledge and understanding of Chick-fil-A’s standard suite of work solutions (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

  • Knowledge or ability to learn new financial systems and/or reporting tools (Alteryx, Tableau)
