WestRock Company Production Support Specialist in Atlanta, Georgia
Job Summary:
Responsible for providing general admin support to plant staff
Job Responsibilities:
Daily sales report and other reports for all Atlanta plants as needed
Takes care of office supplies for Gwaltney and Kennesaw
PO & invoice discrepancies for Gwaltney and Kennesaw
Runs employee engagement team
Organize plant activities
Assist Customer Service department with JDE PO changes
Provide reports per request to plant leaders and plant sisters
Works directly in supporting plant staff with administrative activities and projects.
Job Requirements:
Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.
High School Diploma or GED.
2-3 years of administrative experience within manufacturing environment
Ability to exercise discretion with confidential, sensitive and private personal information.
Previous experience in a fast-paced, high demand, dynamic working environment.
Adaptability and ability to pivot and shift focus on prioritizing multiple conflicting projects and deadlines.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
Superior organizational skills and attention to detail.
