Job Description

Key responsibilities:

Create and operate a governance framework encompassing all ITSM-owned processes

Assess the ITSM processes against governance framework and global process management expectations

Onboard new processes into the ITSM process framework, as needed

Manage ITSM governing bodies and the path for risk and issue escalation

Write, maintain and improve policies, controls, risk indicators, and control monitoring metrics for ITSM-owned processes

Perform ITSM process control effectiveness periodically, identifying gaps and opportunities

Drive design improvements on flows, procedures, performance indicators, and operational metrics in collaboration with process teams

Perform other duties as assigned

Skills and Requirements

Must Haves:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Service Management process and control design experience working with IT controls

• Experience in operation and improvement of a governance framework for multiple ITSM processes

• Experience in control design for at least three among ITIL Asset, Configuration, Incident, Problem, Event, Change, Availability, Service Level, or Request Management

Plusses: Not Required

• Control testing

• Experience evaluating controls on ServiceNow or a comparable ITSM platform such as Remedy null
