About the role

  • The purpose of this position is to lead and manage the Performance Improvement Management Office (PIMO) to drive innovation and leverage standard processes (internal and external) across operating functions

What you’ll do

  • Identify, develop and lead initiatives to drive continuous improvement in process, cost and efficiency

  • Ensure all initiatives remain on schedule and appropriately coordinated to ensure that issues are addressed, raised and resolved, and that the program is completed successfully.

  • Support key client meeting materials & presentations

  • Support key strategic client initiatives as needed

  • Proactively engage platform teams to support key initiatives

  • Create account team communications to facilitate cultural understanding of client and account team expectations

  • Draft Internal Team Communications including Senior Leadership team messages, team newsletter and accolades, Town Halls, etc.

  • Support Change management for client team including stakeholder mapping, training on IFM model, etc. 3. Polices, Procedures & Standards

  • SPOC for all account Policies, Procedures, Playbooks and Controls and coordinating the ongoing updates

  • Ensure operations follow Policies, Procedures and Legislative requirements

  • Lead Quality Management program and processes

  • Ensure exceptions and incidents are reported to the required parties and managed effectively to minimize business impact 4. Performance Management

  • Oversee critical metrics & SLA reporting including technology plan for data collection and reporting process – monthly, quarterly & annually

What you’ll need

  • May be responsible for a mix of direct and matrixed reports. Leads by example and models behaviors that are consistent with the company's values.

  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) preferred. Minimum eight years of related experience.
