GRAIL is seeking a Partner Enablement Manager to become part of the Market Access team. The individual in this role will work cross-functionally, engaging with internal and external stakeholders to enable Galleri partner programs. The Partner Enablement Manager is responsible for developing and executing plans and timelines, coordinating with cross-functional internal and external stakeholders, and reporting on key initiatives and partnerships. The candidates will be required to work with internal and external teams to navigate complex contractual obligations, develop effective project plans, deliver high-value project management, and maintain excellence in communication and relationship management. Without exception, this role requires a positive, collaborative, and team-based attitude.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as key point of contact and lead the enablement of Market Access initiatives, partnerships, and implementation activities, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment to drive towards successful execution

  • Establish, manage and maintain the successful and timely execution of project timeline such as developing a plan, managing scope, contracting support, resourcing, and managing timelines.

  • Effectively managing governance, risk, and issues and report progress on key complex initiatives and partnerships and anticipate potential issues and proactive troubleshooting, escalation, and problem solving, as needed.

  • Provide support in analyzing data trends and provide guidance and insights to programs and initiatives

  • Manage discrete threads of work in running cross-functional projects and and deliver high-quality work products

  • Deliver solutions to meet partner or key initiative requirements while working cross-functionally to remove barriers to successful completion of projects to accomplish shared goals.

  • Evaluate and develop industry standard processes or solutions that deviate from existing workflows

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a BA/BS is required, while an advanced degree is desirable in a subject area related to device, diagnostic, and/or drug development.

  • Ideal candidate has 8+ years in healthcare, life sciences, payer or related field with 4 years in project management, consulting or related function and shown leadership skills in life sciences, health systems or related industry.

  • Exceptional program and project management skills

  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship management skills

  • Deals with ambiguity well and puts structure around problems / tasks with limited guidance

  • Preferred: Proven experience in managing healthcare or life sciences integration projects, specifically involving electronic ordering and result reporting workflows.

  • Expertise in HL7 standards, including ORM, ORU, and other relevant message types

  • Demonstrates versatility and adaptability to facilitate problem solving, presenting potential solution options and resolve issues in a timely manner

  • Strong organizational skills with innovative thinking and exceptional business acumen, analytical and skills

  • Maintains a strong work ethic and high attention to detail

  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, evolving programs - navigating through ambiguity and pivots efficiently and effectively.

  • Strong written and verbal presentation skills with the ability to present at executive leadership meetings

  • Have a positive, solution-oriented working mentality that excels in a team approach to drive meaningful change

The expected, full-time, annual base pay scale for this position is $114K-$142K. Actual base pay will consider skills, experience, and location.

Based on the role, colleagues may be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan tied to company and individual performance, or an incentive plan. We also offer a long-term incentive plan to align company and colleague success over time.
