Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Paralegal in Atlanta, Georgia. This role revolves around the Service industry, with a hybrid working environment that includes both office and remote work.

Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys in their day-to-day tasks

• Engage in contract management to ensure all contracts are tracked and filed accurately

• Participate in corporate governance activities, including maintaining minutes of meetings

• Develop and prepare PowerPoint presentations as required

• Handle any additional overflow of work as necessary Requirements • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Paralegal in the Service industry.

• Strong knowledge of Corporate Governance and Contract Management.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency in using legal databases and software.

• Exceptional research and analytical skills.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Familiarity with the legal terminology and procedures.

• High level of professionalism and confidentiality.

• Ability to meet tight deadlines under pressure.

• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in work.

• Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new regulations and laws.
