Description We are on the lookout for a dedicated Paralegal to be a part of our team. This role centers on corporate law, particularly in the wealth management sector. The selected individual will be primarily working remotely from Atlanta, Georgia, 30303, United States. This job offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing a significant volume of contracts and trust documents

• Managing corporate governance matters

• Conducting comprehensive research related to the securities space

• Ensuring thorough scrutiny of wealth management documents

• Utilizing personal equipment for tasks, adhering to non-disclosure agreements

• Adapting to flexible work hours during normal operational times. Requirements • Applicant must hold a Bachelor's degree in Law, Paralegal Studies, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Paralegal in a corporate environment is necessary.

• Demonstrated expertise in Corporate Governance is mandatory.

• Proficiency in Wealth Management practices is required.

• Candidates should possess exceptional research and report-writing skills.

• Strong understanding and knowledge of legal terminology and principles.

• Proven ability to handle and organize large volumes of documents effectively.

• Applicants should be proficient in using legal research software and other related tools.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills are expected.

• Candidates should demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines is crucial.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.

• Applicants must have a strong ethical judgement and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
