TEKsystems Outbound Call Center Rep - (Part-Time, Remote, 20hr) in Atlanta, Georgia

Position Details

  • Job Title: Customer Service Representative

  • Location: 100% Remote (U.S. Only, Except California)

  • Pay Rate: $20/hr

  • Shift: Monday – Thursday 6 PM – 11 PM EST & Saturday 12 PM – 6 PM EST (26 hours/week)

  • Contract Length: 3-month contract (potential to return for future campaigns)

  • Start Dates: March 14th, 21th, 28th

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound, outbound, and email communications with shareholders.

  • Educate shareholders on proxy voting information and correct misleading communications.

  • Guide investors on where to submit their votes and ensure they understand the process.

  • Maintain professionalism while delivering a clear and persuasive message.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • HS Diploma or GED required

  • 6+ months of customer service experience (call center, data entry, or similar)

  • Strong verbal & written communication (proper grammar and punctuation)

  • Ability to engage actively in meetings, respond when called on, and participate in discussions

Equipment & Technical Requirements

MUST HAVE YOU OWN EQUIPMENT

  • Windows 10 or 11 PC (No Mac, Chromebook, or Linux)

  • USB Headset (No wireless headsets)

  • Reliable Internet (Minimum: 50 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload)

  • Second Monitor Needed

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
