Job Duties:

  • Spearhead the functions financial planning and analysis (FP&A) for the Manufacturing Finance Organization, establishing internal templates, processes, and routines to consistently consolidate manufacturing financial performance, including actuals, forecasts, and key drivers.

  • Establish the rhythm for manufacturing closing and reporting, overseeing the close process, including close flash routines.

  • Facilitate close and forecast management reviews, coordinating information across various departments.

  • Perform detailed analysis of results, forecasts, and key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insightful commentary on trends and deviations from previous year, budgeted, and forecasted results.

  • Drive the continued utilization of 4-wall cost reporting to enhance financial transparency and accountability.

  • Support the development and implementation of global reporting standards.

  • Initially manage financial routines for North America, extending support to regional organizations as needed.

  • Play a pivotal role in consolidating close responsibilities, supporting broader FP&A efforts within the Supply Chain.

  • Conduct ad hoc reporting and analysis as required to support decision-making processes.

  • Act as a liaison between plant operations and the brand cost finance team for New Product Development (NPD).

  • Manage internal capital meetings to ensure adherence to the capital budget.

  • Oversee weekly and monthly operational reporting to maintain consistent performance tracking.

  • Support special projects and footprint analysis for the manufacturing group, contributing to strategic decision-making and long-term planning.

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance - MBA/CPA preferred.

  • 5 years of experience in an Accounting / Finance field, with a minimum of 5 years in a supply chain environment.

  • Minimum of 2 years as a proven Plant Controller in a manufacturing environment.

  • Demonstrated record of continued career progression across broader, challenging roles.

  • Ability to communicate clearly and succinctly, including the ability to effectively communicate up, down, and across the organization.

  • Significant experience with SAP and Hyperion strongly preferred.
