The Coca-Cola Company Manager, Manufacturing Operations Technology and Standards in Atlanta, Georgia

This lead technical role executes and supports IT initiatives at multiple Coca-Cola manufacturing facilities located throughout an OU or region. Responsible for supporting technology and end-users in multiple plants and warehouses in the region; as well as managing the on-site Client Services Analysts that support these locations. Partners with business leadership, provides counsel on Information Technology related issues and initiatives. Partners with fellow IT teams in pursuit of implementing standard IT solutions that meet manufacturing IT requirements. Ensures compliance with cyber security requirements and all other established operating and emerging technology standards, practices, and procedures.

What You'll Do for Us

  • Lead team of Client Services Analysts; ensure IT excellence and operational efficiency in region, and manufacturing locations

  • Serve as an escalation point for IT-related issues within the region

  • Resolve and recommend solutions for IT issues faced by end-users, ensuring adherence to Coca-Cola IT standards and best practices

  • Provide insights on IT issues impacting various business areas, including sales, product supply, manufacturing, and other enabling functions

  • Collaborate with regional management to discover business process improvement opportunities in alignment with IT and security standards

  • Collaborate with Regional Delivery Centers to provide IT solutions to manufacturing requirements

  • Offer leadership and/or IT support for business projects

  • Manage deployment and support of IT infrastructure and projects within the region

  • Ensure adherence to lifecycle management plans, asset management standards, and policies

  • Contribute to shareholder value by eliminating waste and improving operational efficiency

  • Manage vendor relationships and service provider performance to ensure compliance with SLAs and agreements

  • Oversee compliance with OPEX & CAPEX budget goals, including End-User equipment sourcing and spend

  • Manage local IT contracts and license renewal

  • Communicate IT policies and procedures effectively to the business

  • Ensure global IT communications are translated into local language as needed

  • Promote cultural and ethical values by modeling and coaching for employee commitment and engagement

  • Develop and adapt skill set as business and technology evolve

  • Serve as technical resource for IT/OT initiatives

  • Support IT infrastructure for DR and BCP initiatives

  • Provide on-site assistance as supplementary support to the local Infrastructure Support team during peak periods and critical situations as necessary

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education : bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • Related Work Experience : Extensive (10+ years') experience working in Information Technology. Bottler or manufacturing experience strongly preferred

Functional Skills

  • Experience in developing and executing IT solutions to complex business problems

  • Experienced in working and collaborating in a cross functional environment

  • Demonstrated competency in the following areas:

  • PC & Deskside Support - Microsoft and Apple OS, RDP, VDI

  • O365 and Microsoft Office Suite including email, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams

  • Output Management - MFP, secure print, label, and network printers

  • TCP/IP, LAN/WAN connectivity and Network Infrastructure

  • Manufacturing Application Knowledge

  • Project Deployment & Management

  • Vendor Management

  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills - ability to capture and process input, appropriately escalate issues, obtain, and track issue resolution

  • Structured, organized, pragmatic, practical, and hands-on work style; independent decision-making ability

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adjust based on the audience, comfortable in communicating with individuals at all levels of the organization

  • Advanced diplomatic and negotiation skills
