Pearson Manager HR Business Partner in Atlanta, Georgia
Are you an innovative and proactive HR leader passionate about driving performance in fast-paced, technology-driven environments? We are looking for a Manager, HR Business Partner for a special project for the Product and Technology organizations within our Higher Education business. This is a FTC for up to 3 months.
This is a term of project role where you will provide deep subject matter expertise both from a strategic and tactical HR leadership, working closely with leaders to optimize organizational design and change management. You will play a key role as consultant to the business leader to diagnose current state organizational structure, plan organizational change and create and drive an execution plan to drive org change and development.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Partnership: Collaborate with leaders in Product and Technology to design and implement HR strategies that align with business goals and drive high organizational performance.
HR Analytics: Leverage HR data to inform decision-making, measure the success of HR initiatives, and drive continuous improvement across the organization.
Organizational Development: Lead organizational development initiatives that enhance team effectiveness, employee engagement, and culture transformation. Support leaders in managing change and ensuring smooth transitions during organizational shifts.
HR Policies & Best Practices: Provide expert guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
Who You Are:
The ideal candidate is a proactive, innovative, and results-oriented HR professional with a strong background in strategic HR management. You have experience working in commercial and technology-driven environments, with a deep understanding of how to align HR strategies with business needs.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role within technology or commercial organizations.
It is essential to have strong expertise and proven experience in organizational development and organizational design and restructuring.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the proven ability to build trust and influence at all levels including senior leaders.
Experience using HR data and analytics to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
Proven ability to manage change and support organizational transformation efforts.
Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

What can Pearson offer you?
Compensation at Pearson is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific location. As required by the California, Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, New York State, New York City, Washington State, and Washington DC laws, the pay range for this position is as follows: $110 - $120 per hour.
