Job Summary

The Financial Planning and Analysis Manager is primarily responsible for the oversight and performance of several financial activities for Information and Digital Solutions (IDS), including providing financial expertise and guidance to the function. This role is responsible serve as a finance business partner to the technology organization to provide financial, advisory, and strategic support on all aspects of financial reporting, forecasting and planning. This includes consolidation reporting, financial analysis, data analytics, modeling, financial systems expertise, project tracking, and business case support.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Serve as finance business partner to IDS leadership team

  • Produce and review monthly results with function leaders and partners to understand impacts on reforecast

  • Advise function leaders on reforecast by providing analytics on key areas to drive value

  • Lead month-end close responsibilities for IDS business unit, including accruals, reforecast and variance reporting

  • Present IDS performance in monthly financial reviews to finance leadership

  • Develop business cases for key initiatives and provide investment analysis to function leadership to facilitate strategic roadmap

  • Assist in development of Annual Operating Plan / Budget, including technology needs from key business drivers, contract renewals, P&L output, and capital expenditures and initiatives

  • Partner in driving transformative financial management solutions to enhance transparency to evolving project spend

  • Provide support and financial modeling on ad hoc projects related to function
