Description

Robert Half is seeking a legal intake specialist to support a busy general civil litigation firm in Smyrna, Georgia. This role involves assigning cases to attorney teams, requiring a high level of attention to detail, and the ability to handle high volume work. You will be based in our office, operating from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Responsibilities:

• Assign cases to proper attorney teams efficiently

• Handle a high volume of case assignments accurately

• Organize case files

• Employ e-Filing methods to manage and organize legal documents

• Perform dictation tasks as required

• Provide assistance to legal teams in various tasks

• Maintain an organized system for easy retrieval of legal documents

• Resolve inquiries related to customer accounts and take appropriate action

• Ensure all customer records are accurate and up-to-date

• Monitor customer accounts and handle any irregularities or issues.

Requirements

• Proficient in e-Filing

• Strong skills in dictation

• Experience handling legal intake

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational and planning skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Detail-oriented and highly organized

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

• Proficient in MS Office Suite

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks

• Excellent decision-making skills

• Strong problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent customer service skills

• Strong analytical and research skills.
