Developand prepare permit drawings including attending local advisory meetings and/orvariance review meetings. Demonstrate a general understanding of constructioncosts and ability to understand and apply parameters of project budgets. Usingsoftware (AutoCAD, Dynascape, Illustrator, etc.) present detailed graphicrepresentations.
Usetools such as AutoCAD, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and ArcGIS for siteanalyst and plan creation.
Preparesite plans based on environments factors, such as drainage, existing vegetation,and power usage.
Preparecost estimates and oversee the projects budget using QuickBooks and Excelsheet.
Coordinateand supervise projects under construction, including complementing shortmaterial, contacting 811 Utility Locate to avoid damage, ensuring the locationof plants and landscapes, etc.
Collectphotos and measurements from the field with appropriate documentation.
Coordinateand order plant or hardscape material for any upcoming projects. Help with thejob site material layout as needed.
Requirements:
Mastersdegree in Landscape Architecture, or closely related field.
Knowledgeof Construction; Urbanism; Ecology; Landscape History and Theory; DynamicSystem-Regional Ecology
Skillsin using SketchUp, 3-D Modeling, and Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop,Illustrator, and InDesign, and Microsoft Office.
