About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Integration Architect with a strong background in Workday HR, Payroll, and Time Tracking to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for gathering and documenting requirements, resolving client issues, and collaborating with a team of consultants to ensure the successful integration of Workday solutions. The ideal candidate has excellent documentation skills, a proactive approach, and government experience, particularly with Workday PATT.

Must-Have Skills:

• Workday HR, Payroll, and Time Tracking: 3-5 years of experience with Workday systems in these areas.

• Analytical & Communication Skills: Ability to analyze data and clearly communicate findings.

• Microsoft Tools Proficiency: Competent in Excel, Word, and Teams for documentation and collaboration.

• strong Documentation Skills: Ability to create clear and thorough documentation.

• Self-Starter: Proactive and able to work independently when needed.

Preferred Skills:

• Workday Reporting: Ability to generate and interpret reports in Workday.

• Workday Absence: Familiarity with absence management within Workday.

• Analyze and resolve client issues, tracking solutions in JIRA for transparency.

• Collaborate with the Client Lead and other consultants to manage workload and meet project timelines.

• Interpret and map client data into Workday, ensuring seamless integration.

• Provide structured, detailed documentation for all processes and solutions.
