Our Atlanta based client is seeking an Infrastructure Project Manager to spearhead multiple infrastructure projects supporting retail & restaurant technology and innovations across 100+ airports in North America. The role entails managing diverse network projects involving deployments, transformations and modernization. Responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and executing complex network implementations and upgrades, collaborating with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, software engineering, quality assurance, security, network and Azure cloud.

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $65 - $75 / hr. w2

Responsibilities:

  • Lead teams in planning, executing, and delivering infrastructure projects using Scrum methodologies.

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, network and systems engineers, software and hardware vendors, and various IT teams to define project requirements, prioritize backlog items, and plan sprints.

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

  • Manage project scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.

  • Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies, proactively addressing challenges to ensure project success.

  • Track project progress, metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular updates to stakeholders.

  • Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement within the project team and across the organization.

  • Ensure adherence to Agile best practices, standards, and processes, driving consistency and efficiency in project delivery.

Experience Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager leading network and cloud based initiatives

• Strong understanding of Agile principles, frameworks (Scrum, Kanban), and practices.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.

• Experience with Agile project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar.

• Agile certification (CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP) is highly desirable.

• 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on Agile methodologies and retail/restaurant technology. • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

• Experience leading cross-functional project teams and managing stakeholder relationships.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or related field.

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
