Job Description:

Job Summary

This position is responsible for supervising the monthly financial close process and distributing financial reporting material related to business unit performance. He/She manages both monthly and quarterly financial reporting and prepares presentations to support both internal and external business unit decisions. He/She is responsible for evaluating cost and profitability of products and services and overseeing cost models.

Responsibilities:

  • Generates, audits, manages, and summarizes financial reports to communicate financial performance results.

  • Reviews monthly financial results to ensure alignment with annual business plan, identify variances, and ensure consistency with control totals.

  • Approves the release of monthly financial reports to enable data access by appropriate departments.

  • Supervises the monthly financial close process including completion of various accruals and journal entries to ensure accuracy.

  • Conducts financial model reviews to ensure accurate evaluation of cost and profitability.

  • Analyzes ad hoc reporting requests to meet internal and external customer needs.

  • Creates and formats reports to show trends and key metrics.

  • Creates custom queries and formulas to produce requested financial data (e.g., profit plan projections, prior month/year actual results, quarterly outlook results, etc.) for senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or International equivalent

  • Bachelor’s Degree or International equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or a related field - Preferred

  • Experience with OneStream and OBI - Preferred

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel - Preferred

  • Must be able to work out of the GACOR (Atlanta) office. No relocation assistance provided.
