Description We are in search of an HR Coordinator to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia. In this role, you will be tasked with the responsibility of managing and maintaining HR systems, conducting audits, and facilitating effective communication within the team. This position offers a long term contract employment opportunity in the Financial Services industry.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee HR systems such as ADP Workforce Now, Ceridian, and Dayforce.

• Conduct regular audits to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.

• Facilitate background checks for potential employees.

• Manage benefit functions within the organization.

• Maintain effective and efficient communication within the team.

• Utilize tools such as 'About Time' for effective time management.

• Process and resolve any HR related inquiries.

• Monitor and update HR records as necessary. Requirements • Minimum of 1+ years of experience as an HR Coordinator or related role.

• Proficient in using ADP - Financial Services software.

• Experience with ADP Workforce Now is required.

• Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode is essential.

• Knowledge of Ceridian software is a must.

• Proficiency in using Dayforce software is crucial.

• Experience with About Time software is an asset.

• Ability to conduct Auditing processes effectively.

• Experience in conducting Background Checks is necessary.

• Familiarity with Benefit Functions is required.
