Robert Half Help Desk Analyst II in Atlanta, Georgia
Description We are seeking a Help Desk Analyst II to join our team in the Real Estate & Property industry in Atlanta, Georgia. This role involves providing high levels of customer service and technology support to all associates within the organization. The Help Desk Analyst II will act as a key resource for onboarding and offboarding employees, providing front-line technical support, and participating as a support resource for various technology projects.
Responsibilities:
• Deliver exceptional customer service and technology support to all associates
• Act as a key resource for onboarding and offboarding employees
• Provide front-line technical support to end-users within the organization
• Participate as a support resource in various technology projects
• Ensure the maintenance and updating of technology systems operating processes and procedures
• Act in a manner that supports the security and cybersecurity requirements of the organization
• Liaise with other teams to ensure smooth and efficient customer service operations
• Support end users in resolving their technical issues
• Use and develop skills in Android Development, Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, Mac Computers, Microsoft, Active Directory, Apple Devices, Computer Hardware, Configuration Management, and Deployments
• Monitor the progress of technical issues until they are fully resolved. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Help Desk Analyst or similar role in the Real Estate & Property industry
• Expertise in Android Development
• Proficiency in Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, and Configuration Management
• Experience working with Mac Computers, Microsoft software, and Apple Devices
• In-depth understanding of Active Directory
• Advanced knowledge of Computer Hardware and the ability to perform Deployments
• Familiarity with Configuration Management
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
