Salary Range: $29.68 per hour, plus $10.01 per hour fringe ($7.51 H&W/$2.50 401(k) contribution)
Hours: Monday through Friday: no weekends, except for occasional call-backs. Work Schedule as follows
Monday, Tuesday, and Friday: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
Wednesday: 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm
Thursday: 9:00 am to 5:30 pm
*Shift Differential: 4% (2nd shift) or 6% (3rd shift) differential pay only if the majority of hours worked fall within the shift differential window

Job Description
The Heavy Equipment Mechanic analyzes malfunctions and repairs, rebuilds and maintains power equipment. This worker operates and inspects machines or equipment to diagnose defects, dismantles and reassembles equipment, using hoists and hand tools, examines parts for damage or excessive wear, using micrometers and gauges, replaces defective engines and sub-assemblies, such as transmissions, and tests overhauled equipment to insure operating efficiency.
Responsible for the routine maintenance and repair of utility vehicles, grounds maintenance equipment, farm tractors, pickup trucks and other equipment. Responsible for assisting in the operation, maintenance and repair of emergency generators up to 2,000 KW, oil-less scroll and/or rotary air compressors and related air filtration systems and air dryers up to 150 HP each, golf carts, trucks, bucket trucks and grounds maintenance equipment.
Required
Must possess hand tools.
Preferred
Must possess a current Georgia Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
