Job Description:-

As a Technical Lead with 15 years of experience, you will provide strategic guidance and technical lead and oversight in the development and implementation of the Google CCAI solutions leveraging Generative Artificial Intelligence (Gen AI). Leading a team of technical SMEs and engineers, your role involves defining frameworks, technical designs, ensuring technological excellence, and driving innovation in the utilization of the Google CCAI different projects (Virtual Assistant, Agent Assist, Insights).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership:

2. Provide visionary leadership in the application of Google CCAI technology, with emphasis on Generative AI technologies across diverse projects.

3. Define and execute the strategic roadmap for integrating the Google CCAI diverse modules and features, including Gen AI into the organization's technical landscape.

4. Technical Leadership:

5. Lead technically the team of technical SMEs and engineers assembled to deliver the project.

6. Review and approve technical designs, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards.

7. Virtual Agent : Help to design and create conversational interfaces for virtual agents across multiple channels (web, mobile, chat), as well as develop and refine dialog flows, user journeys, and persona for virtual agents.

8. Agent Assist : Help to design and iterate on user interfaces for live chat agents within the Google CCAI platform, focusing on usability, functionality, and visual appeal. Also collaborate with product managers and UX designers to translate requirements into compelling design solutions.

9. Insights : Help to design insights and create recommendations to internal and external stakeholders, using data visualization and storytelling techniques.

10. Integrations : ensuring alignment with contact center integration and back-end integrations

11. Technical Frameworks focusing on reusability:

12. Define and establish technical frameworks for the effective implementation of Google CCAI deliverables, leveraging the application of Gen AI.

13. Collaborate with project teams to design scalable, replicable, and solutions that can be industrialized cross accounts.

14. Innovation and Research:

15. Stay abreast of the latest advancements in Google CCAI and Gen AI technologies and industry trends.

16. Lead research initiatives to explore new possibilities and applications for Google CCAI features, including Gen AI.

17. Team Leadership:

18. Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Google CCAI and Gen AI technical professionals.

19. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team.

20. Collaboration and Communication:

21. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, data science, and business analysis, to ensure cohesive integration of Google CCAI different components.

22. Effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

23. Quality Assurance:

24. Ensure the quality and performance of Google CCAI solutions through effective testing and quality assurance measures.

25. Implement best practices for maintaining high standards of code quality and system reliability.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

• Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably as a Technical Lead with a focus on Google Cloud engineering, CCAI and Gen AI.

• Knowledge in Generative AI concepts, machine learning, and natural language processing.

• Experience with virtual agent platforms and frameworks, specially GCP and DialogFlow CX.

• Understanding of best practices in UX/UI, interaction design, and information architecture.

· Experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or consulting, preferably in a leadership role

· Proficient at least one programming language, such as JavaScript (node.js) or Python.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Publications, patents, or contributions to the field of Google CCAI and Generative AI.

• Experience in leading the development of AI-driven products.

· Familiar with Salesforce as customer service tool for operations.
