Workday, Inc. Functional Consultant in Atlanta, Georgia
Responsible for understanding customer business requirements and how they operate their business. Take the provided requirements and configure the solution in Workday to facilitate those requirements. Create prototype designs to demonstrate the functionality in Workday and work with customers to help manage the testing processes which identify any issues. Work with customers to identify and resolve issues with the Workday system configuration. Facilitate presentations, demonstrations and other workshops to elicit requirements and familiarize customer teams with Workday. Utilize understanding of data conversion, integration and reporting functionality in Workday to help customers navigate those other project tasks. Work with Workday Data Assurance to ensure compliance and achievement of checkpoints through the project lifecycle. Use knowledge of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and industry best practices to help facilitate the transition from a customer's legacy system to Workday. 30% travel required nationally.Workday pay ranges vary based on work location and recruiters can share more during the hiring process. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a rolespecific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
