Description We are in search of a Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia. In this role, you'll become a part of our CPA firm, providing administrative support and concierge services to our clients and staff. This opportunity is based on a long-term contract.
Responsibilities:
• Providing administrative assistance to ensure efficient operation of the office
• Answering multi-line phone system and directing calls to appropriate parties
• Offering concierge services to clients and staff, enhancing their experience
• Delivering top-notch customer service, resolving queries and issues promptly
• Handling data entry tasks with high accuracy, ensuring all client details are up-to-date
• Utilizing interpersonal skills to maintain a positive and supportive office environment
• Proficiently using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word to complete tasks
• Organizing files systematically for easy retrieval and record-keeping. Requirements • Proven experience in Administrative Assistance and the ability to perform a variety of administrative tasks
• Proficiency in answering a multi-line phone system, demonstrating excellent telephone etiquette
• Experience in concierge services, with a focus on providing high-quality customer service
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and promptly
• Proficiency in data entry, with a keen eye for detail to maintain accuracy
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with a team and communicate effectively with all levels of staff
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to manage large amounts of data, create reports and pivot tables
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, with the ability to manage emails, schedule appointments, and organize tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, with the ability to create, format, and edit documents
• Demonstrated ability in organizing files, ensuring easy access and retrieval of information TalentMatch®
