Scope of Work: Freelance Product Development and Production Coordinator Maternity Leave Coverage

Key Responsibilities & Scope of Work

The freelance Product Development & Production coordinator will have the following responsibilities during this temporary assignment, reporting to the Sr. Manager of Product Development and Production:

• Manage Packages- Tracking, receiving, distributing

• Run and distribute on-order reports to vendors for WIP set up and PO revisions

• Review weekly WIP report to ensure deliveries are on track

• Assist manager with PO updates and liability management

• Seasonal set up in relevant systems and tracking charts

• Receive and confirm bulk trim cards

• Update packaging information in BOMs

  Requirements

Performance tracking and reporting

• Weekly meetings with the Sr. Manager of Product Development and Production. This temporary role is needed to support the Sr. Manager during a maternity leave, ensuring all production processes continue seamlessly and key deliverables stay on track without interruption.

Timeline

• Start Date: 4/21/25

• Deadlines: On-going deliverables and deadlines as per the company calendar. The Sr. Manager of Product Development and Production will own weekly check-ins ensuring deadlines are being met.

• Firm project end date: End of October (estimated)
