Delaware North Travel is searching for a Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at the Atlanta Airport in Atlanta, Georgia. As a Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for daily operations, inventory management, managing food/labor budgets in addition to other duties. In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. What will you do?

• Assist in maintaining planned bar and restaurant cost of sales

• Hire, train, and manage an effective and collaborative group of team members, providing ongoing feedback on their job performance

• Research and develop new menus

• Follow control policies that elevate service standards for guests that align

More about you

• Minimum of three years’ experience as a food and beverage manager or restaurant manager is required

• Excellent verbal, written, organizational and time-management skills

• Ability to lead and communicate effectively with team members, creating a positive work environment

• No degree required
