Summary:
The Financial & Resource Management Analyst will play a critical role in analyzing and reporting on financial performance, supporting budgeting and forecasting processes, and collaborating across the restaurants business unit to ensure accurate financial data and insights. The role includes monitoring financial metrics, identifying trends, and providing recommendations to drive strategic decision-making. Additionally, this position will oversee essential resource management tasks and assist with administrative duties to streamline operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze financial data, prepare detailed reports, and provide strategic insights
Track financial metrics, assist with budgeting, and support month-end and year-end closings
Conduct variance analysis and ensure data accuracy
Perform resource allocation and manage resource status updates, including location, count, and cost
Oversee attrition tracking, reporting, and confirmation processes
Conduct temp time classification audits to maintain accurate records
Complete Anaplan Open reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting
Oversee project costing updates and track labor spending
Coordinate contractor reconciliations and handle budget operationalization tasks, including Tempo account creation
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
3+ years' experience as a Financial or Business Analyst
Strong proficiency in financial modeling and financial software (e.g., Excel, SAP, Oracle).
Experience in resource management and admin functions related to budget tracking resource allocation, and reporting
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail
Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and concisely.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with project management tools and resource allocation systems
Strong aptitude for data reconciliation and audit tracking
