Position Summary & Location
As a Financial Analyst supporting our Electronics group, you'll drive insightful, accurate, and timely reporting and analysis, evaluate investment opportunities, and partner with across teams to drive operational results.
This role works remotely (from the United States) and travels based on business needs.
Primary Responsibilities Include
The monthly close process, which includes journal entries and account reconciliations in support of Electronics
Responsible for rolling forecast process, including acquiring customer inputs, system loads, & analytical reviews
Prepare and review key performance indicators (KPIs)
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and other performance analyses
Review all cost centers within the group you support every quarter at minimum for accuracy
Respond timely and thoughtfully to ad-hoc financial requests for the product management team and ROI analysis for new product launches (NPI)
Present results to Electronics leaders, identify key trends in performance, participate in monthly operational reviews
Identify areas for process improvements and participate in group and matrix partner kaizen events
Active participation in the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Process
Required Qualifications
Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance
3-6 years of financial analysis experience
Basic understanding of US GAAP
Preferred Qualifications
MBA or CPA
Demonstrates problem-solving and analytical skills
Proactive communication style with a knack for the details
Thrives in a collaborative team-oriented culture

The range for this position is $64,300.00 to $115,700.00. Placement within this range may vary, depending on the applicant’s experience and geographic location.
