Skiptown Facility Maintenance Technician in Atlanta, Georgia

Who You Are:
You possess exceptional hands-on skills and an innate ability to troubleshoot and fix various issues. Your impeccable organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail set you apart. Your expertise lies in finding innovative solutions to problems, and you excel at effectively coordinating with vendors to ensure that facilities are maintained in optimal condition. You love dogs and you are comfortable working in an environment where dogs are off-leash.
What You'll Do:
Ensure the Atlanta facility is maintained to a high standard
Schedule needed repairs such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and irrigation
Ensure all preventative maintenance is scheduled and completed by service providers
Manage emergent equipment & facility issues to resolution
Manage onsite troubleshooting/repairs
Perform facility maintenance based on maintenance schedule and as needed
Perform maintenance on equipment
Keep internal storage areas organized and inventoried
Place new equipment into service and document
Maintain minimum on hand quantities for all equipment
What You'll Bring:
1+ years experience in a maintenance and repair role at a facility
Strong organization skills
Ability to manage projects to completion
