The Facilities Management Analyst is responsible for numerous aspects of managing and supporting the Facilities program for existing Inspire Company Restaurants (ICR). This position is mission-critical to ensure that business matters are proactively addressed and actively resolved to ensure business continuity for our restaurant operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and manage a support program to address and resolve facilities related issues

• Responsible for supporting restaurant operations with utility, maintenance, related service activations, terminations, and billing

• Manages the relationship with third-party consolidated billing providers to ensure timely and accurate vendor and account setup, payment of invoices, and compliance with service contracts to avoid operational downtime and additional fees

• Serves as a trusted resource and primary point of contact between operations, vendors and other shared services teams to resolve issues for Operations

• Collaborates with internal partners (Construction, Accounts Payable, Lease Administration, Restaurant Operations, etc.) to ensure maximum efficiencies and shared success across stakeholders

• Seek opportunities to drive continuous improvements in processes in support of Operations

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

• 2-Year Degree Preferred

• 5+ Years programing manager experience in a fast-paced organization, developing and implementing processes and programs to gain efficiency and reduce costs

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIES

• Ability to operate within a matrixed organization to achieve objectives

• Must communicate effectively with operations and vendors

• Strong organizational and time management capabilities to track and resolve issues across internal and external teams

• Desire to thrive in a fast-paced organization, where executing with a sense of urgency is essential

• Excellent verbal and written skills with a professional and positive customer service orientation

• Prior experience in accounts payable, procurement, or related operational roles preferred

• Ability to operate within a matrixed organization to achieve objectives

• Must communicate effectively with operations and vendors
