Executive Business Consultant

5+ years experience and deep understanding of enterprise HR, Time Management, Scheduling and Payroll Systems
Preferred: SAP, SuccessFactors, SCP, AWS, Kronos, and SaaS products
Preferred: High level of proficiency Features/Functions, End-to-end Configuration and/or Dev experience, and Integrations experience
Extensive knowledge of HR processes and data integration architecture

1) Deep understanding of enterprise HR, Time Management, Scheduling and Payroll Systems and Integrations (e.g., SAP, Kronos, SuccessFactors, and SaaS products and/or AWS and SCP preferred). 2) Key contributor in business technology and integrations workstreams for HR projects by collaborating with many teams including networking, database, storage/backup, development, IT operations, and business operations to resolve complex escalations/issues involving multiple processes/systems, including analysis to identify root cause and ideate viable solutions. 3) Solutions Options/Recommendations, Data/Root Cause Analysis and Reporting via written and verbal presentations: ability to share and connect across all levels (e.g., Governance-SteerCo(s), Controls-PMO, and Implementation-Project team members).
Responsibilities:
Leverage expertise to effectively communicate and collaborate cross functionally (e.g., HR, HRSD, HRIT, Divisional IT, Divisional Customers) throughout all project life cycles (e.g., Requirements, Realization/Build Iterations, Testing Iterations, Deployment and Support)
Key contributor in business technology and integrations workstreams for HR projects by collaborating with many teams including networking, database, storage/backup, development, IT operations, and business operations to resolve complex escalations/issues involving multiple processes/systems, including analysis to identify root cause and ideate viable solutions.
Solutions Options/Recommendations, Data/Root Cause Analysis and Reporting via written and verbal presentations: ability to share and connect across all levels (e.g., Governance-SteerCo(s), Controls-PMO, and Implementation-Project team members).
Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
A high level of discretion and responsibility when it comes to handling sensitive information **some flexibility with hours may be needed to accommodate project testing.
