The Director, Talent Management plays a meaningful role in leading, building, and managing a broad range of talent management infrastructure, programs and initiatives. Serving as an internal consultant to the business and HR leaders, the TM Consultant works across geographies and lines of business to assess organizational needs, identify root cause issues and design solutions. As a member of the Global Talent Management team, your focus is across all of our Enterprise talent management processes such as talent framework (infrastructure), performance management, talent review, succession planning, career pathing and employee engagement. Ultimately this role is responsible for designing, developing and continuous improvement of talent management processes and practices, and collaborating with the business to leverage the full potential of existing talent by driving employee engagement and establishing a pipeline of future talent.

What you will do: Apply in-depth expertise and thought leadership across a broad spectrum of talent management disciplines to drive business success including end to end leadership of enterprise performance management activities and processes Collaborate with HR business partners to address talent issues by assessing the issue and crafting, developing and executing appropriate processes and programs at an enterprise level Model change leadership for others. Ensure a strong change management approach to drive adoption and success of all initiatives Identify and utilize key metrics to understand the effectiveness and business impact of programs, solutions and tools and ensure continuous improvement Lead the creation, adoption and administration of talent management tools Contribute to the development of the overall corporate talent strategy Assist with the refinement of a basic talent infrastructure that will enable the assessment of talent gaps to drive workforce planning and clarify career pathing Apply sound project management to all projects, delivering company wide, large scale, complex projects on-time, within budget and with agreed upon effectiveness Work in close partnership with other members of the Global Talent Management team to ensure an integrated approach to development, learning and talent management Bring external best practices in-house and shares internal standard methodologies across organization

What you bring 7 years of professional experience 5 years of experience in Organizational Development, Talent Management, or Talent Development. HR Business Partner experience is a plus. Hands-on experience implementing enterprise-wide, large scale, organizational talent initiatives. You possess strategic and creative thinking, able to translate business needs into actionable talent strategies and business processes. Proven track record of leading and supporting process improvement and change management projects Demonstrated expertise using Excel / Google Sheets in working with large data sets to identify trends and provide data to stakeholders in an easily consumable format. Strong overall computer literacy, with hands-on experience with talent management technology Excellent group facilitation and training skills Ability to execute in a fast paced, changing and matrixed environment Organized, self-motivated, and delivers on commitments Excellent interpersonal skills, strong collaborator, able to influence and build support Proven customer service orientation Ability to operate independently with low supervision
