We are seeking a visionary Director of Product Management to lead the strategy and development of our GenAI Platform, driving the next generation of data-driven solutions. The Director of Product Management for GenAI Platform will play a pivotal role in shaping our AI Agents strategy and driving the development of our data-centric solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of data architecture, APIs, Predictive AI/ML, GenAI and data security, combined with a strategic mindset and excellent leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Vision and Leadership:

•  Define and execute the product strategy for our GenAI platform, aligning with overall business objectives and market demands.

•  Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, and marketing, to deliver high-impact data solutions.

•  Identify emerging trends and technologies in GenAI and integrate these insights into the product roadmap.

Product Management:

•  Enable the end-to-end lifecycle of AI products, from concept to launch and beyond.

•  Oversee the development of Common Intelligence Services atop of common data services.

•  Develop and prioritize product features, ensuring they address customer needs and comply with industry standards.

•  Implement robust APIs and common intelligence services to facilitate seamless integration and interoperability across our platform.

Qualifications

Minimum required qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

• 10+ years of experience in product management with a focus on data platforms or data products in a SaaS environment with an additional 5+ years of people management experience.

• Proven record of accomplishment of leading successful product initiatives, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in APIs, data services, and data architecture.

• In-depth knowledge of data security practices, data lineage, and data governance frameworks.

• We work in a collaborative hybrid model. 3 days on site in the office is required.

• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage cross-functional teams.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
