Director - Corporate Finance

Equifax is recruiting a Finance Director to support the Corporate Finance team in consolidation of enterprise financial results and long-term financial planning for the enterprise. The Finance Director will partner with business unit Senior Finance Officers (SFOs) and their support teams, critical finance stakeholders in treasury, tax, and investor relations to support several key deliverables including quarterly earnings release and board review materials, C-level monthly finance reviews, and facilitation of monthly forecast annual budget processes. Additionally, this role is responsible for maintaining the long-term financial model for Equifax across the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement. This individual contributor role will be one of the primary points of contact for the CFO on long term planning.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable managing changing priorities, experienced in manipulating financial data, and proficient in distilling information down to key highlights/drivers that are relevant and meaningful to their business partners.

This role reports to the VP of Corporate Finance and will be a hybrid workplace model offering the flexibility to work remotely as well as in our state-of-the-art global Headquarters located in Midtown. (This is NOT a fully-remote role)

What You'll Do: Partner with business unit finance leaders in monthly reporting on enterprise financial forecasts reflecting revenue, expenses, headcount, capital, and other metrics. Subject matter expert on Equifax long-term financial outlook and planning process. Unique partnership with key finance functions including treasury, tax, and investor relations. Exposure to highest levels of Senior Management across corporate functions. Key contributor in development of quarterly earnings release and board review materials as well as monthly finance review.

What Experience You Need: Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting. Minimum of 3 years experience supporting enterprise FPandA. Large ERP experience is required. Oracle Hyperion / Essbase is strongly preferred Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling - specifically balance sheet and income statement impact analysis. Proven understanding of financial aspects of software development lifecycle. Experience in headcount management and planning for capitalized development. Demonstrated history of building strong relationships across all disciplines in an organization. Excellent leadership, teamwork and service skills. Proven oral and written communication skills with the ability to translate granular data from varying sources into cohesive operational recommendations. Proficient MS Excel reporting / financial modeling skills.

What Could Set You Apart: Experience modeling large enterprise cashflow and spending capacity. Earnings Per Share (EPS) accretion / dilution analysis. Previous experience in a consolidation role. Proven understanding of how financial data is organized within ERP systems. Experience with large, highly-matrixed companies is a plus.
