The Data Research Analyst performs forensic research into corporations in support of the Commercial Data Team and Marketing Data Services' customers, updating data on individual locations and full corporate hierarchies to ensure accurate, high-quality results are delivered to clients.
What you'll do Ability to uncover and analyze information from both large and small businesses with limited online presence. The work is largely heads down, with limited interaction, and requires a great deal of self discipline and motivation. Analysts must be able to find, interpret, differentiate, and understand the data. What experience you need Minimum bachelor's degree. Minimum 1 year working with data interpretation Successful candidates will have the ability to parse difficult legal language, a deep love of puzzles (both jigsaw and logic-type), and a strong willingness to look again Proficiency in differentiating and interpreting data to ensure accurate understanding. Analytical skills to distinguish relevant information from unrelated entities A familiarity with US businesses and US street addresses is critical What could set you apart Degree in history or research-heavy humanity discipline
