Robert Half Customer Service Representative in Atlanta, Georgia
Description We are seeking a Customer Service Representative for our operations in the non-profit sector in Atlanta, Georgia. This role is a short term contract employment opportunity and is focused on managing customer interactions, maintaining accurate data records, and efficiently processing applications.
Responsibilities:
• Efficiently manage inbound calls, responding to queries with professionalism and courtesy
• Serve as the initial point of contact for new applicants, providing necessary guidance
• Evaluate applicant qualifications for program eligibility
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry of customer details
• Maintain and update data spreadsheets using Office software, particularly Excel
• Organize, scan, and file essential documents
• Perform additional administrative duties as required
• Ensure a welcoming and friendly environment for all interactions
• Collaborate with case managers by providing relevant applicant information
• Manage email correspondence and schedule appointments as needed. Requirements • Experience in answering inbound calls in a detail oriented and courteous manner.
• Proficiency in providing call center customer service, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in a customer service role, with a focus on problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to efficiently perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy.
• Experience in email correspondence, with strong written communication skills.
• Familiarity with handling both inbound and outbound calls in a high-volume environment.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting tasks.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Word for drafting communications and reports.
• Experience in order entry, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to schedule appointments effectively, managing multiple calendars if necessary.
• Experience in document scanning, ensuring all relevant information is accurately digitized.
• Familiarity with traditional filing and e-filing systems, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
