Robert Half Creative Traffic Manager in Atlanta, Georgia
Description
As the Creative Traffic Manager, you will be the central hub for all creative projects, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow from concept to completion. You will collaborate closely with designers, copywriters, project managers, and marketing stakeholders to manage timelines, resources, and deliverables, ultimately ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Scheduling: Develop and maintain project timelines, resource allocation, and production schedules for all creative projects, including but not limited to: marketing campaigns, website updates, social media content, print materials, and video production.
Workflow Management: Streamline and optimize the creative workflow process, identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions to improve efficiency. Manage the flow of assets and information between team members.
Resource Allocation: Assign resources (designers, copywriters, etc.) to projects based on skill sets and availability. Proactively identify and resolve resource conflicts.
Deadline Management: Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met. Proactively communicate any potential delays and work with the team to develop solutions.
Quality Control: Implement quality control checkpoints throughout the project lifecycle to ensure all deliverables meet brand standards and project requirements.
Communication & Collaboration: Serve as the primary point of contact for project updates and communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including creative teams, marketing managers, and external vendors.
Budget Management: Assist in tracking project budgets and ensure projects are delivered within allocated resources.
Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve traffic management processes and tools to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Reporting & Analysis: Generate reports on project status, resource utilization, and other key metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Software Proficiency: Utilize project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com) and other relevant tools to manage projects and track progress.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
3-5 years of experience in creative traffic management, project management, or a related role within a marketing or advertising agency, or in-house creative team.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of creative development processes and workflows.
Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
Proficiency in project management software and other relevant tools.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
