Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Manager in Atlanta, Georgia and various unanticipatedDeloitte office locations and client sites nationally.Work Youll DoManage information technology projects for software development and implementation services toaddress manufacturing, financial, human resources, customer relationship management, supply chain,and other business needs throughout the enterprise, utilizing SAP products. Oversee day to dayinteractions with executives and sponsors; develop and maintain contact with top decision makers.Participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process; contribute to the development ofproposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach; actively participate in staff recruitmentand retention activities; provide leadership and support for teams and staff in local offices. Improveinternal processes, and promote knowledge sharing in the team, by contributing to the SAP community ofpractice, blogs, and other forms of market eminence. Serve as a technical liaison between the business,project team and developers/testers; and work with IT infrastructure teams to deploy and maintainapplications. 50% Travel required nationally. Telecommuting permitted. Work location includes various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally. RequirementsMasters degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Musthave 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative,the employer will accept a Bachelors degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive relatedwork experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following: Coordinating and delivering components of engagements that identify, design, and implement creativebusiness solutions for large companies, utilizing SAP S/4 HANA, SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI),Central Finance, and SAP Master Data Governance (MDM); Working with teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design,scenario design, flow mapping, prototyping, testing, training, and defining support procedures; Tracking application defects, managing defect resolution efforts and documenting resolution details,utilizing Jira, SAP Solution Manager, HP Application Life Cycle Management (ALM), and ServiceNow; Developing statement of work (SOW) and client proposals and managing deliverables for every phaseof complex implementations for Consumer Products, Retail, Manufacturing, Energy, Resources andIndustrial clients using Agile/Waterfall methodology; Overseeing full life cycle implementations of complex deliverables by leveraging SAP Fiori, SAPBusiness Technology Platform (BTP), S/4 HANA, SAP Business Objects (BOBJ), and SAP CPI acrossvarious functional process areas; Conducting training sessions to facilitate SAP systems knowledge transfer, including creating trainingmaterials and reference guides; Coordinating business transformation and on-going operations and maintenance services for the fullsuite of SAP software solutions; and Enabling medium and large-scale client go-to-market strategies by converting design inputs into processflows and developing solutions for commercial operations and supply chains using SAP OTC, SAP PlanTo Make (PTM), SAP Logistics, SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) for Supply Chain, SAP STP,SAP CPI, and SAP S/4 HANA.
