Job Summary

Position Summary: Provide essential support to bartenders, ensuring that bars are well-stocked, clean, and ready for high-volume service during events.

Position Description:

• Keep bar stocked with necessary items like liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnished, glassware, and ice. Monitor inventory levels during service; any items needed must be communicated with the supervisor first.

• Ensure the bar area is clean which allows bartenders to work efficiently.

• Handle waste by regularly emptying trash and recycling bins, especially during busy events, to maintain clean and efficient workspace for bartenders and guests.

• Ensure effective communication with bartenders and supervisors, adapting to service demands and anticipating needs to ensure smooth operations.

• Records inventory counts for liquor.

Qualifications:

• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
