Education Requirements:

Associate's degree or equivalent work experience (required)

Required Experience:

Proven experience as a Systems Troubleshooting Analyst or similar role

1+ year relevant business experience in Supply Chain Operations

2+ years relevant SAP functionality experience and process knowledge in the following modules: MM, IM, SD (required)

2 years relevant SAP S4, SAP Ariba technical and/or functional knowledge (preferred)

Functional Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to think critically and creatively to troubleshoot complex issues

Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate technically to non-technically users/stakeholders

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver results

Ability to lead the identification, development and implementation of process and system improvements in functional area of responsibility

Position Overview:

The Business Systems Analyst supports under Management Systems, NAOU's Supply Chain Transformation Organization.

As a System Troubleshooting specialist, the resource is responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues within our systems and ensuring seamless operations.

Key activities include the support on project deployment of information systems to new 3P partners (SAP ECC P08, SAP S4, SAP Ariba and EDI), identify and analyze system identified errors, issue triage and determining root cause of the problem.

Provide suggestion to implement troubleshooting strategies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system vulnerabilities.

Monitor system performance and conduct regular sample testing to proactively identify potential issues yet to occur.

Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:

Capacity: Collaborate with various NAOU, IT and Supply Chain groups (e.g. Contract Manufacturing, Innovation and Commercialization, Regional Operations, etc.) to support product capacity by deploying technology systems to new and existing copackers and 3P warehouse partners. Project Manage these initiatives through the Planning, Design, Development and Configuration, Testing, Training, Preparation, Go-live and Support phases.

Business Continuity: Collaborate with various IT groups, Business groups, and 3P partners to ensure business continuity, including system availability, user capabilities, issue triage and resolution, and business process compliance.

Improvements: Enable productivity increases through solution enhancements, waste reductions, business process standardization and improvements.

Contour Program: Collaborate with Contour Program Teams to design, develop and deploy SAP S4/HANA and related tools to be used by the third-party copacker and warehouse network. Ensure business requirements are synthesized into clear strategies for new IT systems and business processes.

Note: Travel Requirements: 25% - 50% project-related travel
