Job Description:

The BaSE Call Center Specialist will be responsible for the job responsibilities listed below in support of multiple operating districts. The Call Center Specialist position reports to the Call Center Manager. The Call Center Specialist’s primary responsibility is to provide support for issues reported by operations and facility personnel. 

Responsibilities:

  • Responds to internal customers

  • Answer and field incoming calls

  • Ensure up to date compliance and job specific training

  • Dispatch and follow up with vendors or UPS mechanics to track repair completion

  • Special projects

  • Trend analysis

  • Maintain document libraries

  • Distribute reports on a daily, weekly and / or monthly frequency

  • Develop, review and provide internal reporting of key performance indicators

  • Attend department meetings

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or international equivalent in engineering - PREFERRED

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products

  • Customer service experience

Internal Salary Grade: 10E

Location: Role will be based out of GAGLK35 (35 Glenlake Pkwy)

Shift: The work hours for this role will be twilight: 12PM - 9PM
