Job Information

Skiptown ATL - Dog Daycare Rufferee in Atlanta, Georgia

Are you a passionate animal lover who loves to provide top-notch care to every pup you meet? Do you love a job that allows you to think on your feet and create adventure every day? If yes, then our team is a perfect fit for you!

Why is working at Skiptown so great?!

  • Our Skiptown culture is fun and friendly. We may not be Olive Garden, but it is true that when you're here, you're family.

  • We never compromise safety - for you or the pups. All daycare dogs are required to complete a compatibility session to determine which of the 12 playgroups they are best fit for based on their age, size, and play style. This not only sets up our doggos for success in having fun while they're with us, but makes it a better experience when you're caring for them, as well!

  • It's never a boring day at Skiptown! Maybe this is a given, but when you're hanging out with dogs every day, there is certainly never a dull moment and each one is filled with adventures and fun.

  • We want to set you up for success. We provide over 25 hours of classroom and on-the-job training so that you can feel confident and prepared to lead your puppy playgroups.

  • A modern approach to pet care! We provide a comprehensive app that gives you all the info you need in the palm of your hand including playgroup info, pet personalities, and facility & boarding schedules to make it easier for you to care for our pups well.

But wait, there's MORE!

  • Free Skiptown membership to the bar & park for your eligible dog(s)

  • 30% off Skiptown services

  • Employer contribution for Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits for full-time employees (Vision is free - because we want you to see all those cute puppy faces!)

  • FREE DoorDash DashPass Work Perks… get your Dunkin' fix without having to work for it

  • Purple swag. Lots of purple. We're serious. You should really like purple.

As a Dog Daycare Rufferee you will:

  • Lead play groups of up to 10 dogs at a time

  • Maintain the cleanliness of the facility including dog kennels and play yards

  • Take dogs on outdoor adventures

  • Give our four-legged guests love and attention!

  • Follow safety procedures for pets and staff at all times

  • Use Skiptown's provided technology to provide visit reports for clients including pictures of the pups' day, a synopsis of activities, and who their best furriends are!

Here's what you need:

  • Must be 18 years or older

  • Must be reliable and punctual because these pups won't wait all day!

  • You put your laundry in the hamper and not in “that chair in the corner” (you're organized!)
