Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Facilities Manager in all aspects of building management and maintenance.

• Assist with the implementation of facility policies, procedures, and best practices.

• Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure timely completion of repair work and preventative maintenance.

• Help manage facility budgets and expenses.

• Conduct regular facility walk-throughs to detect any maintenance or housekeeping issues.

• Assist in managing contracts and relationships with third-party service providers.

• Participate in emergency preparedness planning and execution.

• Support the Facilities Manager in ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

  Required Qualifications:

• Degree or diploma in Facilities Management, Building Operations, or related field; or equivalent work experience.

• At least 1-2 years’ experience in a facilities, maintenance, or related role.

• Basic knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to multitask and priority manage effectively.

• Proficiency in MS Office and facilities management software.
